Shipping and Returns

Shipping Timeframe:

    (Includes preparing the frame — whether in stock or out of stock — manufacturing custom lenses, and a final quality check)

    (Delivery time may vary depending on the customer's location — whether in a major city or a remote area — and may be affected by public holidays)

Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Return Policy

  • Customers have the right to return products within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving their order.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 48 hours from the date of delivery.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unused condition.
  • The customer must not have derived any benefit from using the product.
  • The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving any return to confirm it is in acceptable condition.

3. Shipping Costs

  • The original shipping fee paid at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.
  • I GOT YOUR G will cover the cost of return shipping.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • If the product has scratches, defects, or any signs of misuse.
  • If more than 48 hours have passed since delivery.
  • If the outer box, glasses wipe, glasses case, or any packaging components are missing.
  • If the frame shape does not suit the customer's face.

5. International Orders

  • Returns are not accepted for international orders.

Prescription Glasses (and Custom Lens Orders) Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Custom Lens and prescription lens orders can be returned within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Returns are only accepted if the frame is in perfect condition, with no scratches or defects.

2. Refund Terms

  • Customers are entitled to a refund for the frame only.
  • The cost of prescription lenses is non-refundable, as they are custom-made based on the customer’s prescription.

3. Lens Warranty & Exchange

  • Customers have the right to return or exchange lenses if there is a manufacturing defect, within 14 days of purchase.

    Customers are also entitled to a return or exchange if the lenses do not match the prescription details provided at the time of order, within 14 days of purchase.

4. Lens Customization for Sunglasses

  • If prescription lenses are installed on sunglasses, the final lens color will match the selected color by approximately 90% to 97%, due to the processing stages involved in creating prescription lenses.

5. Non-Returnable Lens Situations

  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted if:
    • The lens issue is caused by misuse.
    • The frame shape or fit is not suitable for the customer’s face.

How to Request a Return:

If you wish to return a product, please contact customer service team.

  • I GOT YOUR G will submit the return request to the shipping company within a maximum of 10 business days.
  • A return shipping label will be provided to you by our customer service team.

Once the product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the return conditions (please review the Return Policy at the top of the page), the refund will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the date the item is received by the shipping company.
